Guided Meditation on Self-Compassion

Thanks for being here today. Every time we take time for ourselves, we are able to come back to the world a little closer to the best version of ourselves we can be. We are more grounded, centered and rested.

This is a brief guided meditation on self-compassion. You are enough. Exactly as you are in this moment and my hope is that this meditation will help you to internalize this positive and important truth.

If at any time during this meditation (or any meditation), you feel uncomfortable, feel free to open your eyes and look around the room to re-orient yourself to the present moment. This is your practice and is meant to bring ease.
