All of us suffer from headaches from time to time. Sometimes, however, a headache can linger or be more severe. For some, it can help to use guided imagery to help shift awareness and ease the pain. While this does not often remove the pain altogether it can sometimes help dial down the the severity of the discomfort.
This guided meditation offers water imagery. If you are not comfortable with water, this may not be a good choice of meditation for you. If at any time, you feel uncomfortable or ill-at-ease during this meditation, gently open your eyes and stop the meditation.
